| I found this in an old box that has been sitting unopened for 15 years. There were some interesting darkroom equipment in it and a lot of old letters One was a folded orange with adolesent handwriting on it, all printed words all lower case The one that struck me is #35 "... i guess freedom freedom is simply being able to chose your own kind of cage..." written in the mid-seventies by someone at Oak Ridge High school | | |
| There is a force calling me back
Is it just an automated, self-serving message-- or is it here at this time in my life for another, higher reason?

The call goes out to all, and a few, the few respond, because of some
need in them, something triggered by even self-serving auto-bots.

Ok, so the other day I wrote a poem in Spanish
It may sound a bit odd, since I don't really know Spanish.
It may also seem odd because I do know a couple of other languages well enough to write a poem in them.

have I really not been here since August?
well, until this week the entire fall season has seemed like an
extension of August; short sleeves and shorts and not one jacket pulled
out of storage...
No frost, no snow, most of the leaves still green....

...so along comes a person who, not having invented a theory himself (
or herself) becomes obsessed with the theories of another.
So the student studies every nuance of the theory, and refines his thinking, and becomes an Authority with a capital A.
The personality is quite different that the 'free-thinking' explorer
who came up with the idea-- instead he is dogmatic and inflexible....
